Ron and Jane Ilbrink, along with their son Aaron, have been reimagining people's living spaces for almost 3 decades through their small family business, Nissi HR. Throughout these 25 plus years, we have thrived on a word of mouth type business model. We've been able to accomplish this because of the great amount of attention we are able to give to every single detail on each project we are a part of.
Being a family owned business doesn't mean only that our whole team is either family or close as family. It also means that when we take on a project, and you invite us into your home, we believe you become part of the Nissi family, and you are treated as such.
We absolutely love what we do. A home can be one of the most important parts of anybody's life. Our Process
We keep our process as simple as possible. While no two projects are the same, you can expect the following steps:

We take our notes and meticulously design a space for you. Once everyone agrees on the design, a contract is presented.
4. Finishing Touches
We install the all the hardware and appliances and hand it over to you ready to be enjoyed.
1. On-Site Consultations
We meet with you to discuss your vision. There is no charge or commitment required from you at this stage.
3. Tear Out and Rebuild
Our master craftsmen get to work tearing out and assembling your new living space.
